Job Description
Telefónica Tech is seeking a Data Analyst and Budget Control professional to join their People team. The successful candidate will provide support in analysis, control, and follow-up of People indicators, prepare financial reports, and participate in projects of Strategic Workforce Planning.
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis, human resources indicators, and cost control
- Advanced management of Excel and use of dashboards with Power BI
- Degree in AD / Economics / Finance
- Spanish fluently and Advanced English
