Job Description
Telefónica Tech (part of the Telefónica Group) is seeking a motivated Junior ServiceNow Developer to join their growing ServiceNow team. This role involves supporting the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and workflows, improving service delivery for the organization. The role focuses on core platform, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, WDF, HRSD, HCLS, and GenAI modules.
Requirements
- Assist in the development and configuration of ServiceNow modules.
- Support the underpinning ServiceNow platforms and implement workflows.
- Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and documentation.
