We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team in Lincoln, UK. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that our products and processes meet established quality standards. The role involves leading root cause analysis, training colleagues, performing internal quality audits, and working closely with the manufacturing team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of directly related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Internal Quality Auditor certification; preferably lead auditor
- MS Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Extensive working knowledge of ISO9001
- Good working knowledge of AS9102 standard
- Working knowledge of AS9100 standard (preferred)
- Exemplary attention to Detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with pro-active attitude
- Capability of working in a fast-paced environment
