Job Description
We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of electrical engineers and FPGA designers on projects ranging from short technology investigations to full end-to-end high-volume product development.
Requirements
- Leading an innovative and high-performing team of electrical engineers and FPGA designers
- Staffing development projects with engineers having the appropriate skill sets and experience
- Identification of, and investment in, new technologies, design tools and methodologies
- Hiring new employees and consultants
- Providing technical oversight and support for all EE projects and engineers
- Career development, assessment and ongoing education for staff
- Coordination of EE support for products in production
