Job Description
This contract position involves installing and repairing aircraft parts and components in a team environment. Responsibilities include assembling, installing, and adjusting parts, performing minor repairs, working with air quality and safety regulations, and assisting with troubleshooting. Candidates should be proficient in basic tools, blueprints, and compliance with factory work standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of aerospace/aviation experience or equivalent mechanical experience
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license preferred
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting schematic diagrams
- Ability to climb and lift up to 50 lbs
- Skill in close tolerance work
- Ability to operate hydraulic pumps and fixtures
