TekSynap Internship- Proposal Recruiting

TekSynap is seeking a Key Personnel Proposal Recruitment Intern to support our fast-growing proposals and recruitment teams. This internship offers exposure to the federal capture and proposal lifecycle while developing foundational skills in recruiting coordination, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Current college senior or recent graduate from an accredited college or university
• Resume and cover letter required
• Customer service experience & skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ATS experience is a plus
• Hard-working, dependable, and eager to learn
• Positive attitude with strong people and communication skills
• Legal right to work in the United States
