Job Description
Join our Extrusion team at Tekni-Plex as an Extrusion Operator IV. Responsible for operating equipment related to production of extruded polystyrene foam sheet. Proficient in setting up, operating, and maintaining extruders, grinders, pelletizers, and support equipment.
Requirements
- Sets up, operates, and maintains extruders, grinders, pelletizers, and support equipment
- Diagnoses operational and quality problems and makes necessary machine adjustments
- Trains other departmental personnel
- Interprets SPC data and makes process improvements
- Follows and participates in plant safety/housekeeping guidelines
