Job Description
Tekion is a fast-growing cloud-native automotive platform seeking a Senior People Business Partner (HRBP) to support its Go-to-Market functions. This strategic role will partner with GTM leaders on talent strategies, organizational design, and compensation programs, while also driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and executive influence. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with expertise in high-growth environments and a deep understanding of compensation strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience
- Experience supporting GTM or revenue-generating functions
- Deep understanding of compensation strategy and incentive design
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Lattice, Workday, or similar)
