Product Manager II

Tekion is seeking a Product Manager II to join their Integration Platform Team. The role requires a driven, technically fluent individual to build robust, developer-friendly platforms that connect APIs, products, and third-party services. The Product Manager will help shape the infrastructure and tools powering integrations across the ecosystem, championing innovation, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Product Management experience
• Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
• Technical fluency with a background as a developer or significant exposure to developer tools
• Strong business sense and strategic mindset
• Analytical and data-driven with comfort in leveraging dashboards, metrics, and usage insights
• Proven experience engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Demonstrated experience using Agile methodologies and solid project management skills
• Security-minded with an understanding of best practices for secure data exchange and API management
