Product Manager I

Tekion is looking for a Product Manager I with 4-6 years of experience in GTM tools and Salesforce to drive the product roadmap for GTM tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of overall work experience, with at least 2+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant in Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of GTM strategies and the technology stack supporting sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules) is required.
• Proven ability to define, execute, and deliver successful product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.
• Familiarity with sales enablement, automation tools, and RevOps technologies is a plus.
• Good understanding of task management systems, PSA tools, and discovery tools.
