Principal, Sr. Consultant - Team Lead (Healthcare)

We are seeking a Principal, Sr. Consultant - Team Lead (Healthcare) to lead large and complex projects that span multiple disciplines. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of the AEC industry and technology systems such as telecommunications infrastructure and cabling. They will be responsible for delegating work effectively, promoting teamwork, mentoring less senior staff, developing relationships with clients, and collaborating with Marketing on the pursuit and interview process.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering
• Minimum of eight years of discipline in telecom/structured cabling design for Healthcare facilities construction projects
• Autodesk (Revit)
• Bluebeam Studio
• Microsoft Suite
• G Suite
• Supervisory / Mentorship / Training Responsibilities
• Certifications: EIT, CDT, RCDD, PSP and/or CPP, PE, PMP, CCNA
