Commercial Roofing Foreman

Tecta America Dakotas is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead a crew of roofers in installing commercial roofing products and systems with high quality, safety, and cost effectiveness. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

• Inspect roofs for damages and leaks
• Perform roof repairs as needed
• Develop a scope of work with a budget
• Organize a materials list
• Provide training, leadership and direction to the field employees under their supervision
• Train employees on safety procedures and safety equipment
• Maximize productivity while maintaining job costs, installation quality and employee safety
• Ensure the proper utilization of materials and equipment
• Plan, administrate, and participate as an instructor in Company sponsored education programs for the workforce
• Promote proper work ethic and enforce the Company’s policies, procedures and practices
• Clean rooftops by snow removal, ice removal and other debris
