We are seeking a Professor of Management and Leadership to contribute to the central areas and development of student competencies, with a focus on strategic planning and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a doctorate in Administration, Strategy, or Business Innovation/Transformation, as well as teaching and professional experience.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Administration, Strategy, or Business Innovation/Transformation
- Master's degree in Administration, Strategy, Family Businesses, Innovation, or Business Transformation
- Advanced English (C1 level or 600 TOEFL points)
- Teaching experience of at least 3 years
- Professional experience in the industry of at least 3 years
- Experience abroad in both academic and/or labor settings
