• Implement academic support strategies to strengthen student-university connection.
• Coordinate with mentors, teachers, and career advisors to support student academic continuity and future permanence.
• Maintain and reduce student dropout rates, reinforcing belonging.
• Design and/or co-create academic experiences for current and future students.
