PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant (Payroll)

We are looking for a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant to support our client based in Miami, FL. This is a remote position requiring occasional onsite visits in Downtown and South Miami. The consultant will support payroll application enhancements, testing, integrations, and operational support as part of a broader ERP environment.

Requirements

• Provide techno-functional support for PeopleSoft Payroll modules, including configuration, testing, and enhancements
• Analyze payroll-related issues, perform incident resolution, and support system upgrades and enhancements
• Execute and support unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in Agile environments
• Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and defect documentation
• Perform integration testing and data validation across interfacing systems
• Analyze payroll data and reports to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Produce and maintain documentation including functional requirements, process flows, system diagrams, defect logs, and status reports
• Collaborate with functional users, developers, and project leadership to deliver high-quality payroll system solutions
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure system changes meet business and compliance requirements
