QA Lead Consultant

Techstra is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented QA Lead with a strong background in Banking or Financial Services Applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data/functionality across a legacy system, downstream consumption layers, and reports.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies and plans for client facing applications.
• Validate data integrity, transformations, and business logic from source to target systems.
• Build and maintain automated tests and frameworks for frontend UIs, APIs, and components using C# and Java.
• Automate data validation processes using appropriate tools and scripting languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data flow and requirements.
• Validate regulatory and compliance-related reports.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Investigate and document data defects and work with teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, test cases, and test results for audit and compliance purposes.
