Job Description
TechSmith is seeking a motivated Information Developer Intern to contribute to the creation and maintenance of customer-facing documentation, videos, and other learning materials. The role involves collaboration with various teams to improve user experience, provide clear explanations of complex concepts, and analyze user behavior. Interns will gain hands-on experience in a professional environment with experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write effective copy explaining technical concepts
- Familiarity with editing, formatting, and grammar
- Ability to adhere to company and industry style guides
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- At least 6 credits (undergrad) or 3 credits (grad) for fall and/or spring semesters
