Requirements
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leads to gain a comprehensive understanding of TechOp’s hiring needs
- Serve as the primary Recruiter managing the full recruiting lifecycle
- Screens resumes, interviews candidates, and administers appropriate assessments
- Manages and reports on current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Draft and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings
- Manages the security process for all contingent hires
- Meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Develop job descriptions
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent
- Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers
- Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations
- Accurately uploads, tracks, and maintains documentation within ATS, HRIS, and security systems
