Production Machine Operator

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Production Machine Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining high product standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of work experience in an automated production or Line Leadership position
• Experience with Front Line people Leadership
• Strong Data Driven core, with a proven ability to communicate performance, quality, safety, and overall process efficiency and inspire shop floor employees to succeed
• Basic Mechanical and electrical knowledge
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic computer skills required. Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft tools a plus
