Horticulture Marketing Manager, Uganda GROWTH Activity (Ugandan Nationals Only)

TechnoServe is seeking a Horticulture Marketing Manager to lead the inception, planning, implementation, and reporting activities for smallholder horticulture farmers in Uganda. The role involves designing and overseeing the marketing-focused activities to increase the safety and sales volumes of horticulture products.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in international development and/or field(s)
• 5 years of experience in developing and implementing activities that increase horticulture safety and sales volumes using farmer-centric participatory approaches
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and the native language
• Ability to work both persuasively and diplomatically in a team-based environment with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity
• Strong capacity building skills, including participatory facilitation techniques, coaching, and mentoring
