We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our CLUB team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and cash flow targets for a defined list of Key Accounts within the assigned region. You will manage partnerships, ensure alignment with company goals, and drive growth within the Technogym Wellness System (TWS).
Requirements
- Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and maximize annual revenues, EBIT and FCF targets (cash-in) from assigned accounts for equipment, network and service in line with their annual budget and company seasonality
- Visit 100% of customer sites in the designated accounts
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance sales and customer retention, while managing collaborative relationships within the Technogym Team – specifically Sales Support, Logistics, After Sales and Accounts
- Recognize and follow up on opportunities for up-selling within assigned accounts
- Localize and sell the Total Wellness solution through partnership and customization of solution packages to specific market needs
- Contribute to define the market strategy for the Club Segment in terms of campaigns, initiatives and events linked to the assigned Key Accounts
- Implement and daily execute sales processes and procedures while guaranteeing the best use of CRM to have clean and update market data
- Provide timely, reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management to Sales Team
- Guarantee continuous and proactive feedback from the market
