Technogym is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Digital & Customer Success Specialist to ensure a successful activation of Technogym Digital Ecosystem and proactively support clients in achieving success on the most suitable KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales or a related field
• Excellent English proficiency and strong knowledge of digital products and market trends
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales processes
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis and benchmarking
• Demonstrated project management and goal orientation abilities
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships
• Excellent negotiation and sales techniques
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
