We are looking for a service-oriented and technically curious IT support who wants to contribute to effective, stable, and user-focused IT services for the entire operation.
Requirements
- Higher vocational education, gymnasial IT education, or equivalent practical experience
- Good understanding of IT hardware, software, and basic network concepts
- Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Ability to troubleshoot IT-related problems efficiently
- Some knowledge of networks, Windows Server, and permission management
- Experience with documentation/CMDB is meritorious
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform is meritorious
- Basic understanding of ITIL or willingness to certify
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
