Senior Executive _ Purchase & Inventory

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage procurement and inventory processes for our e-commerce operations, ensuring timely procurement, optimal stock levels, and seamless operations across warehouses and online platforms.

Requirements

• Identify and source products/vendors based on quality, price, and delivery parameters.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Generate and manage purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Monitor inventory movement, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock dispatches and deliveries.
• Implement inventory control procedures and cycle counts.
• Forecast demand based on sales trends, seasonality, and marketing campaigns.
