Coordinator Practice

The Practice Coordinator supports and maintains the operations of the TeamHealth Hospital Medicine practice, both administratively and operationally. The role ensures timely and accurate chart capture, assists with data collection for facility metrics, and contributes to the achievement of productivity targets.

Requirements

• Recent, relevant experience in a hospital or physician office setting
• Knowledge of medical records administration, patient registration, and documentation workflows
• Ability to maintain compliant, accurate recordkeeping in a healthcare environment
• Familiarity with current tools, standards, and regulatory requirements in hospital medicine operations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and accurately without direct supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience working directly with clinicians is preferred
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across departments
