Job Description
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator provides centralized support to sourcers and recruiters in the full cycle recruiting process, ensuring timely and efficient processing of information and paperwork. They assist with administrative processes, manage documentation, and maintain candidate files.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of recruitment related experience
- Working within a high volume, full-cycle recruitment environment is highly preferred
- Experience with HR Information Systems, iCIMS Applicant Tracking Systems, and related report generation experience is highly desirable
- Additional language skills in Spanish an advantage
- Prior recruiting experience preferred
- Experience with detailed reporting and tracking advantageous
