Physical Therapy Technician

Team Rehab, a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics, is seeking a Physical Therapy Technician. The technician's role involves providing high-quality physical therapy and support to patients, assisting therapists, educating patients, and ensuring a clean and organized treatment environment. Team Rehab prioritizes excellent patient satisfaction and aims to make physical, occupational, and speech therapy accessible to patients in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia.

Requirements

• Assist in providing a high quality of treatment.
• Display excellent customer service skills and provide encouragement when appropriate.
• Follow the plan of care established for the patient by the therapist.
• Assist with light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Assist with the application of therapeutic modalities.
• Help patients with walking assistance.
• Maintain 360 communication with patients and staff.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain equipment.
• Comply with all procedures and regulations.
