Job Description
DVLA is seeking three interaction designers to support the development and continuous improvement of its digital services. The successful candidates will work closely with the internal Customer Insight Unit and Service Design Leads to design and improve digital services. The role will involve working onsite at the main DVLA site in Swansea, with occasional travel expenses up to £90 for overnight stays and £45 for traveling from home outside a 75-mile radius.
Requirements
- Proven knowledge and expertise of custom service design of large scale organisations, systems and associated business processes
- Ability to build software/paper based prototypes - Software Engineer skills
- Experience operating in an AGILE environment
- Excellent communication skills for engagement with stakeholders
