Senior Business Consultant

ISI is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to drive real, bottom-line change for small-to-mid-sized companies. Consultants will be responsible for building financial visibility, implementing systems, and delivering value enhancements. This role involves a fast-paced, high-impact, and deeply rewarding experience working on projects nationwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred)
• 10+ years of executive-level experience with P&L responsibility in SMB environments
• Strong multi-industry exposure (construction, manufacturing, distribution, retail, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling from scratch, forecasts, dashboards)
• Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and change-management abilities
• Comfortable working in varied environments
