Teal, a premier IT services company, is seeking a Systems Engineer with excellent technical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills to support clients in the NOVA/DC Metro area and from their office in Dumfries. The ideal candidate will have a "yes I can" attitude and be eager to learn and share experiences to strengthen the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of paid experience in a similar role, experience in an MSP environment preferred
• Highly responsive
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to document work and maintain accurate records
• Resourceful – the ability to figure things out
• Demonstrated technical skillset and experience
• Ability to create documentation when needed
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
