Job Description
To advance Teach For All's 25-year vision, we are seeking a Development & External Engagement Lead, Europe. This role combines both strategic and operational responsibilities, with a focus on building a sustainable funding pipeline, deepening external engagement, and amplifying Teach For All's visibility and reach in the European philanthropic ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years or more of relevant professional experience
- Excellent people skills, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior level stakeholders
- Results-driven, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally one other European language
- Excellent presentation skills, including graphic design/PPT and experience in crafting decks or pitch presentations
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work well across cultures and to influence others even in the absence of a direct reporting relationship
