The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of production machinery and facility systems in a medical manufacturing environment. This role requires expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems, CNC, HVAC, Forklift Maintenance, and general facility upkeep.
Requirements
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and support machinery.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including machine controls and automation components.
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure proper climate control and compliance with environmental standards.
- Conduct forklift maintenance and inspections; maintain operator safety standards.
- Support general facility maintenance, including plumbing, lighting, and structural repairs.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Promote and adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and hazard identification.
- Collaborate with EHS team on safety projects, inspections, and environmental compliance tasks.
