Job Description
Monitor supply chain performance, identify trends and risks, and provide recommendations to reduce risk, achieve efficiency, and manage cost across the supply chain. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve delivery issues and drive supply chain process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Act as the primary delivery experience advocate for assigned strategic accounts
- Monitor, analyze, and proactively escalate risks based on key delivery performance metrics (OTD, PDTD, etc.)
- Lead the weekly CDX reporting process to ensure timely insights and action
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Planning, Factories, CS) to resolve delivery issues swiftly
- Drive the adoption of key tools and processes (e.g., Escalation App, Late Reason Code Program)
- Identify and lead supply chain process improvement initiatives
