Job Description
The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming calls, emails, and orders, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, product knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or higher degree
- 2-4 years of meat industry experience
- Minimum 4 years in customer service/sales
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English language
- Strong technology and computer skills
- Experience with Canopy system a plus
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and professional
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
