The Chief People Officer Assistant plays a key role in helping the Human Resources team run smoothly and efficiently while supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer. The HR Coordinator provides high-level administrative, logistical, and project support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of HR, executive assistant, or administrative experience supporting a senior executive, preferably in HR or corporate leadership
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams and Zoom)
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment
