Tri County Tech is seeking a Physical Plant Technician- HVAC to maintain and optimize HVAC units to support a comfortable and safe campus environment. The role involves detailed inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of work experience and/or vocational training in HVAC repair, maintenance, and diagnosis
- Familiarity with electricity, carpentry, plumbing, and OSHA safety rules and regulations
- Fork Lift Certification
- Bus Driver Certification
