Job Description
TCP is seeking a Software Engineer IV - PHP to design and develop advanced applications and integrate new software solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software development experience with PHP and MySQL, strong experience with Git, and a comprehensive understanding of OOP concepts.
Requirements
- Design and develop advanced applications and integrate new software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new application functionalities related to integrations with external software
- Actively participate in work planning during team meetings
- Conduct code reviews and support colleagues in maintaining code quality
- Develop software in PHP and related languages, adhering to established coding standards
- Troubleshoot and improve application performance
- Implement new technologies and continuously improve the development process
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director or authorized personnel
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to workforce management solutions like Humanity
