Accounting Analyst

TCP is seeking an Accounting Analyst to operate at a high level of integrity, import bank transactions, reconcile bank accounts, post customer payments, and conduct audits. The role involves financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders. This position is part of a team dedicated to the growth of TimeClock Plus and its new, refreshed brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Accounts, Finance, Billing, Client Success, Customer Support or Collections
• Excellent English speaking and writing comprehension skills
• Expertise on Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionality with great attention to detail
• Proficient in dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
• Accountable for outstanding service to all external and internal queries
• Develops and maintains positive relationships through effective and timely communication
