Job Description
Taxfix Group is a rapidly growing tax preparation and advisory firm looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to their CFO. This role will provide operational support to a high-level leader, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling communication. The position emphasizes efficiency, discretion, and proactive problem-solving in a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Experience with Investor Relations a plus
- Strong synthesis and communication skills
- Excellent judgment, proactive mindset, and ownership
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
- Available for in-office presence 4 days a week
