Job Description
Taxfix is seeking a Junior TaxOps Manager to support users independently with their tax returns. The role focuses on understanding self-service tax solutions, handling user inquiries, and analyzing issues to improve the solution. Requirements
- Solid understanding of German income tax law (employees, freelancers, self-employed persons)
- Practical experience with VAT, operating expenses and the determination of the small business regime
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM/ticketing systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
