Job Description
Taxbit is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead their customer teams and drive growth across the enterprise. This role focuses on retention, satisfaction, adoption, and relationship health, as well as providing support for implementation and expansion of the Taxbit platform. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of customer success strategies and collaboration with other teams.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in account management, implementation, customer success, solutions architecture, or sales engineering
- Experience working with Enterprise SaaS platforms
- Previous Technical Sales experience in a SaaS organization
- Background and expertise in financial services, crypto and/or tax and accounting preferred
