Tava Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Payer Growth to lead strategic partnerships with health plans and drive growth through activation of existing partnerships, business development, and cross-selling. The role reports to the Head of Health Plans and Partnerships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consultative sales or strategic partnerships within healthcare
• Self-motivated, organized, and energized by working on a mission-driven team
• Proven track record in population health, value-based care, clinical quality, and growth initiatives within progressive healthcare organizations
