Team Member - Production

Team Member - Production will set up and turnaround of all process equipment in downstream, operate mixed bed, chromatographic / SSMB systems, and document and maintain activity records according to cGMP regulations.

Requirements

• Set up and turnaround of all process equipment in downstream
• Calculation of productivity yield (including losses)
• Perform COP, CIP and SIP as per the schedule and whenever necessary for all equipments
• Foam cleaning and washing with cleaning chemicals of Manufacturing area as per schedule or whenever necessary
• Write and review standard operating procedures and batch production records
• Initiates deviations as needed, reporting and solving problems and issues
• Document and maintain activity records according to cGMP regulations and ensure other team members are trained
• Operate general production equipment such as Analytical Scales, pH/conductivity meters, etc.
