Requirements
- Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
- Responsible for P&L and Portfolio growth of Corporate business for the Region
- Responsibility for identifying new Business opportunities and Building business in large Corporate space
- Achieving Budgetary number in terms of NII, Fee income & Portfolio size
- Team Management
- Supporting & Developing Debt Syndication and Advisory practice in the corporate Space for the region
- Networking and building Market intelligence Capabilities for the region
- Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers so as to assure achievement of team results and maximize profitability of the region
- Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales
- Lead and supervise the sales teams for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies
- Manage team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming from time to time in presentation and selling skills
- Adopt Sales Digitization tools and effectively implement the same with the teams
