Job Description
We are looking for a BPO WFM Team Lead to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service and workforce management in the BPO/BPM industry, and at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.

- Amenable to working ONSITE in Alabang
- Able to start ASAP
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Experience in managing teams
