Job Description
BPO Product Trainer responsible for instructional design, training delivery, and performance support, with a focus on customer service and technical support.
Requirements
- Graduate of any four-year degree program
- A minimum of 4 years of total BPO experience
- At least 2 years specifically as a trainer (BPO or shared services)
- A total of 3 years of experience focusing on soft skills and customer service training
- Strong background in Customer Service (CS) and Communications
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) for documentation and reporting
