Job Description
TaskUs is a BPO company that requires a Teammate to provide customer support through various channels. The Teammate will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to email and live chat inquiries, and perform data and research functions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and contribute to cross-functional and global teams.
Requirements
- Willing to work on cyclical schedules
- Experience in phone, email, and live chat support
- Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections, and Technical Support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
- 30 WPM typing speed for voice campaigns and 35 WPM for Non-Voice campaigns
