TaskUs is seeking a German-Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top-tier, German-speaking talent. The role requires a strategic, proactive, and process-driven individual who can attract and engage highly specialized candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and maintaining compliance with German market standards.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), with professional-level German skills (native-level or C1/C2 preferred)
- Proven professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment, preferably within the IT/informatics or a related sector
- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle for specialized, hard-to-find skills
- Familiarity with local German recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Professional, reliable, and highly service-oriented demeanor
- A proactive, adaptable, and assertive personality, capable of influencing stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and hiring projects efficiently
