Job Description
Taskrabbit is a marketplace platform connecting people with Taskers for everyday home to-do's. They are seeking a Senior Specialist, Global Tasker Acquisition and Onboarding to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of the registration and onboarding process for Taskers and Helpers (Dolly) across 8 countries. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the New York office. Taskrabbit, together with IKEA, is creating opportunities for people to earn a consistent income and build lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Marketplace Operations, or similar fields.
- Experience managing applicant flows, onboarding systems, and/or supply acquisition (multi-sided marketplace preferred).
- Experience working with ATS tools like Fountain.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in GSuite, SQL, Looker/Sigma, and other data tools.
