Sr. Recruiter

Wonders is a company that empowers small brick and mortar restaurants by providing a frictionless connection between them and their customers through a multi-product ecosystem. We're looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Kuala Lumpur.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a High-Volume and Corporate Recruiter in the tech industry, preferably in a start-up environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and hiring managers.
• Experience in creating and analyzing recruitment reports to provide insights to business leaders.
• Proven success utilizing social media and job portals to source and recruit talent.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, and Google Suite.
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
